Hi. Can anyone recommend a good touch typing programme suitable for a 7 year old 2E child? Thank you.

My girls use bbc dancemat. It is free. Miss 6 is about halfway through the levels. Miss 8 has finished the levels and just practises for speed and accuracy. She likes the last level as it's a timed section and she prints out her certificates to track her progress!

We use the BBC one as well for my 8 year old boy. I've heard others use the Mavis beacon one for girls http://www.mavisbeacon.com/, and Edalive have a programme called Typing Tournament that's good for boys (has castle and dragons). If you sign up to their emails they have good discounts.

My (7yo) daughter enjoys playing the typing games at www.freetypinggame.net/play.asp. I'll have to check out the BBC one.
