We are in the process of reinvigorating our Gifted and Talented programme at our school. We are beginning next year with a PD session to introduce our redefined definition and strategies. One of our big concerns is the teachers ability to identify characteristics of GATE students especially for those students who test average and sit below the radar.
Does anyone know of a punchy 10 minutes or so clip to start our teachers thinking off? Our PD session is titled Thinking and Performing outside the Square and looking at ways Gifted and Talented students demonstrate their tendencies.
Any advice and guidance appreciated.
